MyoKardia Tenant Improvement Project

Project Description

Landlord-directed Design/Build Project consisted of Four Floors of Tenant Improvements, including all MEP Systems, from new Core/Shell condition.  Spaces included Wet, Dry and Specialty Labs at the 2nd and 3rd Floors; Vivarium at the 1st Floor; Offices and Office Support Spaces at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors; and Large Break Room with adjoining Conferencing Facilities at the 1st Floor.  A Specialty TI feature included an open 3rd to 4th Floor Communication Stair.

HiTech served as MyoKardia’s Project Manager and consulted on the Landlord-directed effort including review and input on the project’s program and design, drawings, schedule and costs. In addition, HiTech assisted MyoKardia with the selection and management of direct vendors (Furniture, IT, AV, Security, etc.) including coordination with the Landlord’s team.
