Project Description

Client-Directed Design/Engineer Project consisted of Five Floors and a Basement of Tenant Improvements, including MEP Systems, from an existing Office Building.  Spaces included Wet, Dry and Specialty Labs at the 4th and 5th Floors; a GMP Production Facility at the 1st Floor with Basement Support Spaces; and Offices and Office Support Spaces at the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Floors.  A Specialty TI features included a 2nd to 3rd Floor Open Collaboration Stair with Seating and a 3rd Floor Corner Board Room.

HiTech served as Sangamo’s Project Manager and consulted, reviewed and helped manage the project’s program and design, schedule and costs including the selection of the design and construction team.  In addition, HiTech assisted Sangamo with the selection and management of its direct vendors (Furniture, IT, AV, Security, etc.) and their coordination with the design and construction team.
