Project Overview

Landlord-directed Design/Build Project consisted of two Floors of Tenant Improvements, including all MEP Systems, from existing Core/Shell condition.  Spaces included Offices and Office Support Spaces including Board Room at the 1st Floor; and Wet, Dry and Specialty Labs at the 2nd Floor.  Specialty TI features included open ceilings at the open office areas and specialized robotics equipment at one of the lab spaces.

HiTech served as Codexis’ Project Manager and consulted on the Landlord-directed effort including review and input on the project’s program and design, drawings, schedule and costs, on Codexis’ behalf.  In addition, HiTech assisted Codexis with the selection and management of specialty vendors (Furniture, IT, AV, Security, etc.) and coordination of these vendors with the construction team.
